车载三相无刷电机预驱动器

BD63030EKV-C是用于空调鼓风机电机、电池冷却风扇电机等的三相无刷电机的预驱动器。通过180°通电的正弦波驱动,可降低电机驱动音。另外,因为内置自动进角控制功能,可高效进行驱动。此外,通过外置参数可对锁定保护时间、过流限制检测值、过电保护检测值、外接零部件温度检测值、启动时间进行设定,因此可用于各种电机控制。
