BD16912EFV-C是内置通过功率DMOSFET由H桥构成的1ch电机驱动部的车载用驱动器。通过直接PWM控制或恒流PWM控制可实现高效率驱动。搭载输出电流检测放大器和异常检测信号输出功能,实现了低导通电阻、小型封装,有助于实现整机的高可靠性化、低耗电量化、省空间化。
