AC/DC用PWM方式DC/DC转换器BM2PXX4为所有存在插口的产品提供很好的系统。绝缘、非绝缘均可对应,可轻松设计各种形式的低功耗转换器。内置650V耐压启动电路,有助于实现低功耗。外接开关用电流检测电阻,可实现高自由度的电源设计。使用电流模式控制,进行逐周期电流限制,发挥带宽和瞬态响应的优异性能。开关频率固定为65kHz。轻负载时降低频率,实现高效率。内置跳频功能,有助于实现低EMI。内置650V耐压MOSFET,设计简便。
