特点1:无需光电耦合器&辅助绕组,实现小型化

1次侧施加反馈电路时,为了检测2次侧的电压、电流,以往需要使用光电耦合器、辅助绕组及构成这些电路的元器件。新方式不需要这些电路,不仅能简化设计、而且实现小型化、省电化、高可靠性。用一个电阻即可实现稳定的输出电压。
特点2:采用自适应导通时间控制,改善负载响应特性

以往的隔离电源控制IC存在负载电流瞬间变动时会引起输出电压大变动的问题。
此次,隔离型电源控制IC采用了非隔离型电源控制IC中衍生的自适应导通时间控制。
采用ROHM独有的新控制方式,输出电压变动比一般控制方式降低65%以下,即200mV(负载电流1A、上升时间100μs时),对负载电流瞬间变动具有高响应特性,有助于提高可靠性。
