BD750U2EFJ-C是50V耐压、输出电压精度±2%、输出电流200mA、静态电流6μA(Typ)的低静态电流稳压器，非常适合用来降低电池直连系统中的消耗电流。输出的相位补偿电容器可使用陶瓷电容器。 A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
