BD9S400MUF-C是内置低导通电阻的功率MOSFET的同步整流降压型DC/DC转换器。最大可输出4A的电流。凭借SLLM™控制,实现轻负载状态的良好效率特性,适用于降低设备的待机功耗。具有2.2MHz高速开关频率,适用于小型电感。具有基于电流模式控制的高速瞬态响应性能,可轻松设定相位补偿。还可与外部脉冲同步。
