BD7280YG-C是一款轨到轨输入输出CMOS运算放大器。具有高压摆率、低噪声和低输入偏置电流等特点,因此可用于引擎控制单元、EPS、ABS和传感器放大器等各类车载应用。另外,电路采用了即使输出电容为1nF也不会振荡的电路形式,因此在设计应用产品时无需担心输出电容引起的振荡。
