BD9P205EFV-C_设计模型 (新产品)

BD9P系列是兼顾高速响应和高效率的42V耐压车载一次DC/DC转换器IC。其特点是通过Nano Pulse Control™实现的稳定且较大的降压比、通过扩频功能实现的低EMI(低噪声)、在电池刚启动时也能稳定供电的高速响应性能,有助于降低系统功耗和降低BOM成本。
包括ADAS的传感器、摄像头、雷达,以及车载信息娱乐、仪表盘、 BCM(车身控制模块)在内,适用于汽车中要求小型化、高效率化、高可靠性的应用。
