高效率、低待机功耗 2ch 二次侧同步整流控制IC
BD85506F是具备各种二次侧异常检测功能的LLC用2ch二次侧同步整流控制器。本IC内置检测BODYDIODE整流动作等FET异常的功能。还内置高精度过电压检测电路，有助于提高安全性并减少外接零部件。在效率方面，可通过电阻调整同步整流FET的OFF阈值电压。而且，通过设置各FET的SOURCE监视端子，可监视各DRAIN-SOURCE间电压，能进一步改善效率。一次侧控制器在轻负载时的启动脉冲串会使同步整流动作自动处于待机状态，抑制开关功率及IC自身的电路电流，减少待机功耗。而且，内置的多功能比较器除用作异常检测比较器外，还可用作低功耗分流稳压器。工作电源电压范围广，为5.0V~32V，适用于各种输出电压产品阵容。采用高耐压120V(Max)处理器，可直接监视漏极电压。
